2024 Friends of the Library Meeting Schedule

Please be advised that the Friends of the Northfield Library will meet on the X of each month at 6:15 p.m. on the following dates in 2024. Alternate dates for 2024 meetings are included. These meetings are held in the Otto Bruyns Public Library Meeting Room, 241 W. Mill Road, Northfield, NJ 08225.

We invite you to join us! The Friends is a community of individuals like you and me, dedicated to supporting the Northfield Library's well-being. This volunteer, non-profit organization provides essential assistance, services, and funding to the library. The group convenes regularly to discuss fundraising efforts, library resources and events, as well as various programs. They also brainstorm fresh and exciting ideas to help the library meet its objectives.

This year, the Friends have organized a variety of activities, including our enjoyable (and tasty!) Book & Bake Sales, engaging speakers, delightful children's story hours, film screenings, horticultural and educational programs, the new Makery activities, support for all children's programs, and our special observance of National Library Week in April. Our weekly Summer Evening Family Events consistently attract great attendance! We offer a wide array of exciting programs suitable for all age groups.
